My Story
Scentsy has my heart, but it didn't start out that way! In October of 2009 my mother called to say she had a catalog for a candle company that also did home parties. Immediately, I had no interest. After a few days of the catalog sitting around the house I decided to take a look. Two pages in I knew I HAD to be a part of this. I emailed the consultant on the back of the catalog with all my questions and then signed up and held my own launch party all within a few weeks. I had never seen the product in person and I wasn't even much of a candle person! But I knew that was a great product and that it would practically sell its self. And I was right!
I LOVE sharing the Scentsy Fragrance products with others at home parties, fairs and shopping nights. And now social media makes it so easy to share and help my VIPS earn FREE Scentsy all from my phone! Everyone loves candles, but no one likes the worry of a flame and hot wax in their home. Almost 12 years later and Scentsy is so much more to me than warmers and wax. It is scents and memories at its heart!
Being a part of the Scentsy Family has allowed me to spend my summers as I wish. It pays for trips and pays off bills. I have also been able to give more to my favorite charities. With Scentsy, I have traveled to Texas, Las Vegas and Nashville just to name a few spots. I have even earned rewards, recognition and an all expense paid trips to the Dominican Republic, Hawaii, a Mediterranean Cruise and Disneyland!
But the best part of it all is watching others on my team earn and enjoy the same! The experience of having your own business is difficult to explain with words.
